HOUSE RULES

1. Food, condiments and beverages are not provided for (only one 5 gallon mineral water is free for you to consume, the succeeding you must supply).

2. You must bring all the necessary ingredients for your meals (gas for cooking is free but you must buy your own charcoal for the grill or ice for your drinks...etc.)

3. You must bring your own detergent soap for washing the dishes, utensils and any other equipment you have used which are available in the kitchen.

4. We have a very helpful caretaker, Josie, but she is only there to assist you in using the facilities of the house. It is not her responsibility to prepare and cook your meals or clean up after you.

5. All facilities can be used except for the large air conditioners in the dining area, living area and videoke area (extra charge of P6000.00 if you would want to use it).

6. If possible, please do turn off the lights, AC, electric fans and video equipments when not in use.

7. Strictly no smoking inside the bedrooms.

Reminders:

1. The beach in Terrazas de Punta Fuego is free of charge for your use. Please specify upon entering the clubhouse that you will be only going to the beach.

2. In accordance with the subdivision's rules, if you decide to use the swimming pool, cabanas and other facilities in the clubhose, they will charge you a fee of P500.00 per person (the fee for the cabana, towels and other amenities are separate charges).
