HOUSE RULES
1. Strictly 20 PEOPLE ONLY - you will be charged P500 per head in excess of 20.

2. Strictly NO SMOKING and DRINKING inside the BEDROOMS.

3. You may only use the KARAOKE until 12 MIDNIGHT as this is the regulation of the village.

4. Food, condiments and beverages are not provided for (only one 5 gallon mineral water is free for you to consume, the succeeding you must supply).
 
5. You must bring all the necessary ingredients for your meals (gas for cooking is free but you must buy your own charcoal for the grill or ice for your drinks...etc.)
 
6. You must bring your own detergent soap for washing the dishes, utensils and any other equipment you have used which are available in the kitchen.
 
7. We have a very helpful caretaker, Josie, but she is only there to assist you in using the facilities of the house. It is NOT her responsibility to prepare and cook your meals or clean up after you. If you want her services (eg. marketing, cooking, washing dishes), there is an extra charge of P2,000.00 overnight.
 
8. All facilities can be used except for the large air conditioners in the dining area, living area and videoke area (extra charge of P6,000.00 if you would want to use it). 

9. Please do turn off the lights, AC, electric fans and video equipments when not in use.
 
10. Please do not change the connections on the TV, Projector and Karaoke.

11. You are NOT ALLOWED to use the water to wash your vehicles as the water rate in the village is quite high.



Reminders:

1. The beach in Terrazas de Punta Fuego is free of charge for your use. Please specify upon entering the clubhouse that you will be only going to the beach.

2. In accordance with the subdivision's rules, if you decide to use the swimming pool, cabanas and other facilities in the clubhouse, they will charge you a fee of P1,000.00 per person (consumable).
